For shipping, US Postal Service is used for all orders. Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If an item is out of stock or if there is a question about your order, we will contact you either by email and/or telephone. Please note that The Blue Purl is not responsible for packages that do not arrive.
For Free Local Pickup:
Free Local Pickup can be selected in the Shipping Options found of the Check Out process.
For orders of $100.00 or more– FREE SHIPPING!
As of this time there will be no international sales.
RETURNS
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, unwound and unused yarn/fiber in its original condition may be returned for an exchange or refund once the merchandise has been received by us.
- Shipping fees to return items will be the responsibility of the customer.
- When we receive your item, we will issue you a store credit that can be used at any time.
- We cannot accept returns on books, patterns, needles, notions, or sale items.
- We are happy to accept returns at our store.
